International orders to your country may incur additional duties and taxes, which are are beyond our control.
What if the product I have ordered is out of stock?
In the unlikely event the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will be in touch to offer an alternative.
If there is no suitable replacement that you would like, we will offer a full refund on that item & it will be taken off your order.
Are my credit card details safe?
We use a DPS secure processor through Payment Express, one of NZ's biggest and most secure credit card payment platforms.
Ula does not see or store your credit card information.
Exchanges & Returns
What happens if I want to exchange a product?
That's easy - if it doesn't fit or you don't like the colour, or if you have a change of heart, just return it to us in "As new" condition, with all its tags still on, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice.
You just send it back to us and we will send out a replacement free of charge within NZ. This service includes the North and South Islands only. Any additional exchange requests after this will however require another Shipping charge.
Requests for exchanges on International orders will require a Shipping charge.
Exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Ula happily exchanges full-priced products. For your health & safety reasons however, we cannot accept returns on earrings or Body Jewellery.
All Sale and Clearance product transactions are considered final, and therefore cannot be exchanged.
In the case of Sale / Clearance items please contact us before making your order to answer any sizing questions you may have.
If you are exchanging an item please include a list of the items you would like in it's place.
You will need to include a copy of the order invoice that was sent out to you and state the reason you are returning the goods.
Please contact us before returning an item, as you will need a Return Request Number to include with your returned item.
Any returns must be received by us within 14 days and must be in "As New" condition, with all tags & the original packaging, and in an unworn and unused condition.

All items are inspected before being sent out to you, but please understand that many of our products are handmade & it must be accepted that they may contain slight natural variations.
Every effort has been made in the photographing & describing of our products so that they are presented to you as clearly as possible. Some individual variation between screens on viewing devices does exist, so some slight variation in colour might be expected.
If you are returning your items altogether the total amount of the goods only will be credited back to your credit card.
